I first met these two at another wedding where Justys was in the bridal party for her sister! I was so excited when she emailed me about her wedding because I already love the family. I’m already looking forward to watching her grandma and aunts work their magic on buckets of flowers – her grandma used to own a floral shop! They’re all creative, and their family is close-knit and just fun to be around! See you all of you soon! 😉

 

As you can probably tell from the snow in the photos, it was really cold in Waterton. But of course they, like all of my favourite clients :), didn’t complain once, and were up for whatever it took to get pictures! They waded through snowdrifts and stood in the wind and in between we took warmup breaks in the car. And of all the days we could have shot in Waterton, this was one where we lucked out with hardly any wind!

 

Conner and Justys met about 2 1/2 years ago through a mutual friend.  They are getting married at the end of the summer in Nelson BC. A sandy beach, mountains, a lake, waterfalls…pictures are going to be so fun! 🙂 And back to the proposal – Conner proposed with an airplane – they went up to go look at Christmas lights, and he had written in lights “will you marry me” which could be seen in the plane!
