I have way too many things to do, but my 101 in 1001 deadline is coming up in a few months, and there are so many things still undone that I had to start checking them off the list.

So, the other night I made cream puffs.

And they were actually okay! Of course, because it was so spontaneous, I didn’t have any cream of any kind, so I made chocolate pudding, haha. But they were still pretty good. I will perfect these some day, but for now, I crossed off another thing on my list! 🙂
